Refund policy

If your shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, have the delivery man note this at the time of delivery.
If the item can’t work well due to quality problem, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged or credited. Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or date of purchase. When returning merchandise, please include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Returns will be credited for the original price of the merchandise. It would also be appreciated if you send us an e-mail advising of your intent to return.
